Daniel Grosz

Sales Associate, Broker

I was born and raised in Belgium in an Italian-speaking household. My father being a construction engineer educated at Milan’s Politecnico, drew me both to Real Estate and Italian design from a very early age.

I proceeded to study Interior Architecture, initially in my native Antwerp. Being fluent in French, Dutch, Italian, Hebrew, and English, and considering my cultural
background, I found myself almost naturally catering mostly to a foreign client base in Israel. Later I also obtained a Real Estate broker’s license enabling me to take clients’ projects from their creative inception (interior architecture and design), through worksite supervision, all the way to completion, and often being entrusted with the task of letting or selling the property.

With about 20 years of professional experience, attention to detail, my integrity, and respect for clients’ privacy and secrecy (a must when dealing with high-end clients), I earned the trust and loyalty of my clients, several of whom have appointed me as their
right-hand man in Israel.
